Montco's Beloved Zern's Farmers Market To Shut Down
The regional landmark has been serving customers for nearly a century.

GILBERTSVILLE, PA — Regional landmark and Montgomery County favorite Zern's Farmers Market has announced that they will be closing their doors for good after nearly a century.
The Gilbertsville establishment announced over the weekend that the market has been up for sale since Dec. 2016. Citing an unsustainable financial situation, owner Bobbi Gail said that they had struggled to find appropriate new ownership for the market. The market will close on Sept. 30.
Gail is still hopeful a new owner can be found by then.
