MOST WANTED IN DOUGLASS TWP: Paul Fackler III Captured by Douglass Twp Constable
Fackler was wanted for charges including multiple drug violations and various counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement officers.

After an extensive and exhausting search by multiple police officers from various agencies in two different counties, at 2141 hours on Thursday, August 20th 2015, authorities from Douglass Township State Constable Office took Paul Fackler III, who lists his current address as “homeless“, into custody without incident in the 100 block of Chestnut Street in Pottstown Borough, Montgomery County.
Fackler was being sought on multiple felony arrest warrants after an incident in Douglass Township at the Wawa in the area of Rt100 and Grosser Road. Fackler was stopped regarding drug-related warrants and proceeded to flee in his vehicle with an officer still attached to it. A search of the area at the time yielded no results of the fleeing suspect and a BOLO was issued for him and his vehicle.

As of publishing time and date, Fackler was awaiting arraignment and processing on a slew of charges. He is anticipated to be arraigned before MDJ Maurice Saylor in Gilbertsville on Friday, August 21st 2015.
