Norfolk Southern Train Hits Vehicle In Berks County

BERKS COUNTY, PA — A Norfolk Southern freight train collided with a vehicle in Berks County Monday night.

The incident occurred at around 7 p.m. in South Heidelberg Township, on Krick Lane, according to first respodners.

The Reading Eagle reports that there were injuries in the crash, but the severity is unknown.

According to reports from the scene, the train stopped and is blocking the road.
