A Pennsylvania state trooper who also serves as the spokesperson for a portion of the state has been charged with drunken driving.

A Pennsylvania state trooper who is also the spokesman for the state police barracks in the central region of the state has been charged with drunken driving, according to a report in the Associated Press.
Trooper Robert Hicks failed a sobriety test in Camp Hill, Cumberland County on November 12, court documents show.
His blood-alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit, according to the report.
