Pottstown Family Lost Everything In Fire, Community Works To Help
The local community has banded together to help a family that had nothing left.

A Pottstown family that lost everything in a house fire on October 29 is the beneficiary of a GoFundMe fundraiser that has already raised nearly $2,000.
The fire in St. Peter’s Village last Thursday left Dennis and Florence Pienta without even the most basic essentials, the fundraiser says.
The couple is currently staying at an extended stay hotel while they work to get back on their feet.

I am trying to raise some money for my signifiacant others parents who completely lost there house and all of it’s contents due to a house fire on 10-29-15 near St Peter’s Village. I can’t imagine the devastation or grief this family is going through right now. They recently have just done a lot of work to this house and to have it all taken away so quickly is so sad. Luckily everyone was able to escape the house safely except the cat :( The cause of the fire is unknown at this point. I will update this profile when any details are discovered. I would like to raise the money for any basic essentials the family needs clothes, jackets, shoes food etc... Dennis and Florence are the man and woman of the house they lived there along with there son Frank. At the moment the family will probaly be staying with a family friend until the insurance company sorts things out. The family was not able to save anything in the house. The only thing they left the house with was the clothes they were wearing the time the fire occured. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
