Pottstown fishing location update.

New location update!

1. Grosstown Bridge-Right underneath the bridge has a nice fishing hole accessible for anglers.

2. Memorial Park Bridge-By the bridge or on it has a very deep pool that you can fish for trout and panfish.

3. West High Street Bridge-Requires anglers to either get wet or bring hip waders. A lot of small mouth Bass and panfish. Other anglers have seen and caught trout there also.

4. Keim Street Bridge-If you can make your way to thd bridge found on Industrial highway there is a nice spot that gives you access to the Schuylkill River.

5. Kenilworth Park-Many people have said you can fish in both ponds there.

6. Topaz Park-Another park giving you access to the Schuylkill River.

7. Sanatoga Lake-Good lake to fish in. Adjecent to that is State Game land where the river  horseshoe you can fish there also.

8. Black Rock-If not clogged with boaters uou can bank fish or fish by the dam.

9. French Creek-Any stretch is good fishing for trout. I warn you to read all posted signs there. Certain sections are fly fishing only.

10. French Creek State Park-They're two lakes you can fish from Hopewell and Scotts Run. Boat rental are available. 

11. Hickory Park. Located by the Diner.

12. Green Lane Reservoir-Reservoir is stocked with trout and all sorts of fish can be had here. Musky, Grass Carp, Walleye, Crappie, Bass and panfish.
