Today at Pottstown KinderCare, Discovery Preschool teacher Jaime Rashon was surprised at work with a $10,000 check and the Knowledge Universe Early Childhood Educator Award. Jaime was chosen from more than 24,000 early childhood educators in the Knowledge Universe family for this honor.
Jaime has been an educator at KinderCare for more than 13 years, and was nominated and selected for this award without her knowledge. Jaime was presented with the award in front of children, parents, and colleagues who value her teaching abilities and dedication to her classroom. The Knowledge Universe annual Early Childhood Educator Award recognizes teachers across the country who demonstrate exceptional skills in teaching young children.
