Pottstown Lawyer Recognized By National Legal Publication
Jennifer Gayle is one of 2015's "lawyers on the fast track."

A young Pottstown lawyer has been recognized by a national publication for her work.
Jennifer D. Gayle was selected for inclusion as 2015 “Lawyers on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer, an American Law Journal.
Gayle, who works for Mannon Prior, LLP, is one of 40 attorneys from around the state being honored for their promotion of the legal profession and their outstanding contributions to the legal community and the community at large.

Her practice focuses on litigation involving trusts, estates, guardianships and powers of attorney, including all forms of estate and trust disputes, will contests, surcharge and removal actions, interpretation issues, and other fiduciary matters before the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas and the Register of Wills.
Gayle has served as an author and panelist on various Pennsylvania Bar Institute Seminars on the utilization of experts in Orphans’ Court litigation, as well as collection of Orphans’ Court judgments.

In addition, she has written about the authority granted to plenary guardians of the person.
She is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Montgomery Bar Associations, and the Orphans’ Court Litigation Committee of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
