Officers say they saw a handgun inside the vehicle.
Police detained the four individuals without incident and seized the vehicle, Mount Laurel PD said.
The other three captured are listed below:
- Michael Guy Fisher, 25, of Baltimore: wanted in Baltimore for murder.
- Malcolm Keith Lattimore, 30, of Newport, Florida

After Fisher provided false information, officers discovered he was wanted out of Baltimore for murder, according to authorities.
Detectives executed a search warrant on the vehicle and recovered a 9mm handgun, police said. Law enforcement claims they also found three printed devices used to convert semi-automatic handguns into fully automatic weapons.
Fisher and Mahoney were charged with being fugitives of justice. Fisher was also charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, while Mahoney, Lattimore and Durham were charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.
Additional charges are pending, police said.
