Man Stabbed To Death Sunday Night While Playing Guitar In Pottstown: DA
A man was stabbed to death Monday night while playing his guitar in the street in Pottstown, the DA's office said.

POTTSTOWN, PA — A man was stabbed to death on Sunday night while playing his guitar in the street in Pottstown.
The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said that the incident occurred at 10:32 p.m. on the 300 block of High Street.
Officers were responding to reports of a fight on that block when they found the victim, a 35-year-old male, suffering from stab wounds, the DA said.

He was rushed to Pottstown Memorial Hospital where he was later pronounced dead, according to authorities.
Multiple media reports, including WFMZ, state that the victim was playing guitar at the time of the incident.

The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Monday.
