POTTSTOWN, PA — The PennDOT Photo License Center in Pottstown has reopened Wednesday, just a day after its closure on Tuesday due to an undisclosed facilities issue.
It's not clear what issues affected the center, which is located at Commonwealth Auto Tags on 978 East High Street.
The Pottstown office issues photo licenses and identification cards.
