"The President's Club" Honors Employee Dedication

Chestnut Knoll employees who have been working at Chestnut Knoll for 11+ years were recently honored for their dedication

When employees are recognized for their achievements, hard work, and dedication, it has an impact on employee satisfaction and commitment. Chestnut Knoll recognizes the work that each of their employees put into their job, and they regularly reward those who have longevity in the company, or go above and beyond their roles.

This month, 20 Chestnut Knoll Personal Care, Memory Care, and At Home employees were honored in “The President’s Club” for their years of dedication to Chestnut Knoll.

“The President’s Club was created to honor our employees who have been with us for 11 years or more,” said Shawn Barndt, executive director. “It is important to let employees know they are appreciated in their job, and we are grateful to have so many staff members who love what they do each day.”
