TCN to Host Workforce Development Seminar at MCCC West Campus
The seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, March 19 from 8 to 10 a.m.
The Tri-County Community Network (TCN) Exelon Nuclear Workforce Development Program will hold a meeting on "Incentives to Hire and Be Hired" from 8 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19, at the Montgomery County Community College West Campus.
Gregory Shirk, of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry's Bureau of Workforce Development Partnership, will be discussing the publicly-funded incentives to hire and get your clients hired.
Such incentives include: on-the-job training grants, customized-job-training grants, federal Work Opportunity Tax Credits, federal bonding, and more.
