Turn5 Opens Up New Facility In Pottstown

Ecommerce retailer Turn5 has expanded its operations by turning an old supermarket into a 15,000 square foot business.

POTTSTOWN, PA — A new business officially opened up its doors in Pottstown recently.

Turn5, an ecommerce retailer that focuses on the aftermarket auto retail industry, opened up the space on Thursday, Jan. 10. Among other things, they sell auto parts through three online automotive outlets: American Muscle, Extreme Terrain, and American Trucks.

The 15,000-square-foot operation will service as the company's "Contact Center," the customer service side of the business.

Located on Robinson Street, the facility is the former home of a supermarket.

"A former grocery store turned into an ecommerce workplace is a fantastic example of adaptive reuse," Pottstown Area Industrial Development commented.

The company is headquartered in Paoli, and includes another Contact Center in Malvern, studios in Norristown, and distribution centers in Las Vegas and Kansas City.

Turn5 was founded in 2003 by brothers Steve and Andrew Voudoris.
