This Sunday 23 June 12 - 2 pm: CrossFit Introductory Session designed for individuals who are “CrossFit Curious”.This Session will last roughly 2 hrs and will cover CrossFit 9 foundational movements and CrossFit Methodology.
Next Saturday 29 June 8 am: 2nd annual River Run. Run through town and along the Schuylkill River Trail, with fun and challenging exercises along the way.
July 4th 8am: 3rd annual "Filthy Fifty" workout.
