Woman Stabs Man In Pottstown, He Refuses Treatment: Report

POTTSTOWN, PA - A stabbing that occurred on Apple Street Monday night was done in self defense, a report states.

Police responded to the scene on the 300 block of Apple Street at 6 p.m. to what was called a domestic disturbance, the Pottstown Mercury reports.

A man and a woman, who were not named, were involved in a dispute that became physical, the report states.

Eventually, the woman reportedly stabbed the man in the leg, a move that was done in self-defense, police said.

She will not face charges.

The man refused treatment for his injuries.
