14-Year-Old Shoots, Kills Elderly Man In Delco: Police
A 14-year-old boy is wanted in connection with the shooting death of a 79-year-old man Wednesday, police in Delaware County said.
DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Police in Delaware County are seeking a 14-year-old boy who is wanted for the shooting death of a 79-year-old man Wednesday in Chester City.
According to police, Zhafir Tinsley-Jones, 14, is wanted for a homicide that occurred at 5:48 p.m.on Wednesday at 3rd and Highland Avenue.
Police said Tinsley-Jones shot and killed a 79-year-old victim in his vehicle that eventually crashed at 3rd and Wilcox Streets in Trainer Borough.

Fox 29 and Action News report the victim was identified as Robert Womack, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
