16 Felony and Misdemeanor Arrests In August: Radnor Police

Radnor Township Police released its August report, saying officers answered 1,955 calls and made 16 arrests throughout the month.

According to the report, this August's arrest number is up slightly from August 2015, which had 11 arrests. So far this year, police have made 134 arrests total.

For traffic, police report August had 96 total accidents with non being fatal. Police said seven accidents resulted in injuries. Police also reported nine hit-and-run accidents in August. Police said in August officers issued 523 traffic citations, 929 metered parking citations, and 28 non-traffic citations for offenses such as disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. 2016, including August, has brought in 14,259 violations

Police responded to 1,598 total complaints in August, 1,404 being general, 170 being alarms, 11 being businesses unlocked, and 13 being animal complaints. So far in 2016, police have recieved 12,372 complaints.
