$1M Donated Anonymously For Willows Mansion Renovations
The funds will cover construction costs of the renovation, but $2.75 million still needs to be covered for infrastructure work.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – A plans to renovate the Willows Mansion in Radnor Township are underway, the renovation project received a sizable donation, which was announced at the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners meeting Monday, Sept. 11.
At the meeting, Christina Perrone, a founder of the Willows Park Preserve non-profit group, announced the group received a $1 million donation from an anonymous source.
The money will be used specifically for restoration work on the mansion, which in total costs $1.75 million, Perrone told the board Monday.

The total cost for Phase 3 of the Willows project costs $.75 and the Perrone requested the township cover the remaining $2.75 million. Those costs are related to utilities and infrastructure work at the mansion
Board Vice President Elaine Schaefer said the commissioners can't "ignore the financial reality of the price tag," however beautiful the area will be once the project is complete.
