The last storm water management project they tried cost the tax payers of Radnor over $100,000.00 to dredge a few hundred yards of creek bed in the north and south Wayne area (with out DEP permits), when they were told that the sediment would return after a just few storms. But Mr. Zienkowski wanted to put up a show for the residents and the project went ahead with the Director of Public Works, Stephen Norcini approval.

We all know water that enters the north and south Wayne area comes from Tredyffrin Township.  They have done nothing about their storm water for the last 15 years. And who was in charge of storm water management in Tredyffrin, Stephen Norcini, Radnor Townships New Director of Public Works.

Yea, let’s give him 2 million of tax payer’s money. Get rid of these clowns NOW.
