2 Plead Guilty To Wayne Identity Theft, Bank Fraud Charges

Police said two of three men who stole more than $30,000 from a Wayne bank pleaded guilty to federal charges recently.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Radnor Police said two people accused of stealing more than $30,000 from a Wayne bank in 2018 through fraudulent credit cards have pleaded guilty to federal crimes.

According to police, Constantin Buse and Renatto Vizintin were arrested in Chester County and then pleaded guilty to aggravated identity theft and bank fraud in February.

Police said the pair and a third person used fraudulent credit cards at the Customer’s Bank in Wayne to steal more than $30,000 over two weeks through 84 different withdrawal attempts.

Investigations showed the same people committed similar thefts at different branches in the tri-county area, police said.
