2017 Primary Election: Radnor Township Results

See who will appear on the Nov. 7 ballot in Radnor Township.

WAYNE, PA – Surely you ventured out to your local polling place Tuesday for the 2017 primary election. Now that voting is over, it's time to look at results.

In Radnor Township there a handful of races.

Eight candidates were vying for seats on the Radnor Township School District, all who cross filed as Democrats and Republicans.

There were also three commissioner seats that were contested, as well.

Lets take a look at who you'll see on the ballot come November:

Radnor Township Treasurer:

  • Kathryn A. Gartland (D), 1,192 votes

Radnor Township Commissioner:

  • 2nd Ward – Heidi Diskin (D), 130 votes; Richard F. Booker (R), 148 votes;
  • 4th Ward – Lisa Borowski (D), 254 votes; John C. McMeekin (R), 245;
  • 6th Ward – Mollie Plotkin (D), 260 votes; Jake Abel (R), 257 votes.

Radnor Township School Director:

  • Democratic race:
    • Lydia T. Solomon, 1,427 votes;
    • Susan E. Stern, 1,266 votes;
    • Sarah H. Dunn, 1,243 votes;
    • Andrew N.C. Babson, 1,147 votes.
  • Republican race:
    • David Falcone, 1,060 votes;
    • Susan Michaelson, 975 votes;
    • Erich Hickey, 807 votes;
    • Bill Morrissey, 859 votes.
