Main Line Man Stole $34K In Electronics From Local School: Police
Radnor Township Police said they found more than $34,000 worth of stolen items in the Bryn Mawr residence of Jeremy Meltzer, 34.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A Bryn Mawr man has been charged with 134 counts of various crimes, including burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, and more, after Radnor Township Police said they found tens of thousands of dollars of stolen items in his home.
Jeremy Meltzer, 33, of Bryn Mawr, was charged after police began investigating thefts that occurred throughout 2024.
According to police, authorities executed a search warrant on Meltzer's home and vehicle Friday, Nov. 1.

There, they found more than $34,000 in confirmed stolen electronics, such as Apple iPads, Google Chromebooks, and MacBooks reported stolen from a local school.
Other high value items found included tool sets and coolers.

Police said these items were reported stolen from storage lockers attached to an apartment complex on the 200 block of Bryn Mawr Avenue.
Anyone who believes their property was stolen, have experienced recent thefts, or recognize Meltzer as a suspect are urged to contact the Radnor Township Police Department at 610-688-0503 to assist in identifying additional property and facilitating its return.
Metlzer was charged with 12 counts of burglary, 60 counts of receiving stolen property, 60 counts of theft by unlawful taking, and one count of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
He is being held on 10 percent of $250,000 bail and is scheduled for a Nov. 14 preliminary hearing, court records show.
