4 Underage Drinkers Cited In Villanova After Stealing Sign: Cops
Four men, all under 21, were cited for various offenses after being found under the influence of alcohol and in possession of a stolen sign.
VILLANOVA, PA — Several men were cited for various offenses after allegedly stealing a yard sign while drinking underage, according to Radnor Police.
Radnor Police said during the early hours of April 28, officers stopped four men walking on the 800 block of East Lancaster Avenue in Villanova.
One of the men was carrying a yard sign and another stumbled into a state route sign, knocking it over, police said.

According to police, all four were under the influence of alcohol and were all under 21 years old.
