$85,500 Raised By Radnor Middle School's Mini-THON
More than 400 students and staffer raised $85,500 in the dance marathon for Four Diamonds at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital.
WAYNE, PA — More than $85,500 was raised by hundreds of Radnor Township School District students and staffers at the second Mini-THON pediatric cancer event.
According to the district, Radnor Middle School's second Mini-THON event generated $85,545.73 while more than 400 students and staff members dancing from late afternoon into the night to raise funds in the fight against pediatric cancer.
Mini-THON is modeled after Penn State's dance marathon called THON. The money raised will support Four Diamonds at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital.

Four Diamonds Mini-THONs empower students to learn about event management and philanthropy by joining in the fight against childhood cancer.
The RMS Mini-THON leadership committee included students Maisy Chase, Lillian Games, Naomi Gross, Arden Jansen, Sophia Kaisermann, Paige Leflar, Michael McNicholas, Sydney O’Shea, Sydney Schultz, Jessie Stoudt, and Paige Yurchak; teachers Chrisie Dougherty, Brad Lord, Emily Morikawa and Jon Savitch; and RMS parent Greg McNicholas.
