RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A stretch of Eagle Road with multiple college campuses will 24-hour closures and detours for roadway construction in Radnor Township next month, according to PennDOT.
From Sept. 8 through Sept. 18, Eagle Road will be closed between King of Prussia Road and Radnor Street Road. Closures will last 24 hours a day, Monday through Saturday. Here's a map of the area.
Eastern University, Villanova's new Cabrini Campus, and Valley Forge Military College are on the roadway.
Drivers will be detoured to King of Prussia Road, Upper Gulph Road and Wayne Avenue.
Local access will be maintained, PennDOT says. But drivers should plan ahead in case of traffic issues.
Rockwell Radnor, LLC will complete the project with a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
