RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Two men raped an unconscious woman in an Eastern University dorm room, and a student who she considered a friend filmed her without consent, the Delaware County District Attorney's Office announced Thursday.

On Feb. 1, an Eastern University student spoke to Radnor Police to report the overnight incident.

The victim told police that, after a night out drinking, she contacted her friend Naeem Turner to see if he wanted to meet up. Turner told her that he had his cousins with him, but she could come over to his dorm too, authorities said.

She arrived at Turner's dorm intoxicated and eventually fell asleep on his bed. That night, she woke up multiple times to two men raping her, officials said.

Police detained four men inside the dorm, since it was considered an active crime scene, according to the DA's Office.

The men included Turner, Dontae Williams and Chase Thompson, who have all been charged in the case.

At police headquarters, Turner consented to officers searching his phone, authorities said. Police found two videos with the victim in which she tried to swat away the phone. In one video, she says "no ... turn that shit off," according to investigators.

Turner sent photos and videos to a contact in his phone, authorities said. The victim told police that she didn't consent to being recorded.

Turner told police that he and the woman had consensual sex that night, but the victim said she doesn't recall having intercourse with him.

He has been charged with misdemeanor invasion of privacy for photographing a person without consent.

Williams has been charged with three counts each of raping an unconscious victim, sexual assault, and indecent assault. Thompson is facing two counts of each of those charges.

Thompson and Williams turned themselves in Thursday. Bail was set at $150,000 unsecured for both defendants. Their preliminary hearings are scheduled for Sept. 24.

Turner was issued a summons to appear in court.

Williams's attorney, Robert Craig Keller, told Patch his client "isn't running away from this."

"We're going to look at the complaint, do our own investigation, and seek justice on his behalf," Keller said.

Neither of the other suspects had an attorney listed in online court records.

It's unclear whether any of the accused individuals are current Eastern University students. Patch contacted a University spokesperson with questions but didn't immediately get a response.
