📰 News we're reading

• 3 Delaware County High Schools Crack Philadelphia's Top 10 Suburban Rankings for 2026 (delco.today) — Radnor High School just earned the highest spot of any Delaware County school in Philadelphia Magazine's 2026 suburban rankings, coming in fifth among all Pennsylvania suburban public high schools. With standout graduation, college-going, and proficiency rates, Radnor leads a strong local showing that also includes Garnet Valley and Penncrest in the regional top ten.

• Valley Forge Military College may relocate to Oklahoma City (journalrecord.com) — Radnor Township's move to condemn part of Valley Forge Military College's campus for a recreation center and park has the school actively exploring relocation, including a proposal to move to Oklahoma City. Although a tentative agreement now gives Radnor right of first refusal for five years, college leaders say ongoing zoning and nonprofit-status disputes could still force them to leave Pennsylvania.

• Soccer Recap: Tough Loss for Marple Newtown (maxpreps.com) — Radnor's boys soccer team blanked Marple Newtown 5–0 on Tuesday, extending the Raptors' unbeaten run while dropping Marple Newtown to 2–5–3. Radnor, now 5–1–2 and ranked far higher in state standings, has no additional games scheduled yet, while Marple Newtown prepares to host Penncrest in what could be a tight matchup Thursday night.
