Animal Rescue Lecture Coming To Wayne Art Center Thursday
Not only will animals be the topic, but they will be there to say hello, too!

The Wayne Art Center is hosting a lecture on animal rescues and animal issues Thursday night, with guest speaker Bill Smith of Main Line Animal Rescue.
The evening will feature Smith, who is the Executive Director of Main Line Animal Rescue (MLAR), and a discussion on animal topics that are in and out of the national spotlight. Smith will also share animal stories and will have some furry friends tagging along that guests can say hello to at a meet and greet before the lecture.
The lecture begins at 7 p.m. and is scheduled to end at 8 p.m. at the Wayne Art Center, 413 Maplewood Ave., Wayne. Advance tickets are $20 and tickets at the door are $25. Register for the lecture here.

"Under Bill’s leadership, MLAR has created extensive volunteer and outreach programs, improving the lives of people as well as animals," the website says.
