Archbishop Carroll Teacher Accused Of Sexual Assault On Student

This marks the second teacher from the school to be accused of sexual contact with a student in about one month's time.

RADNOR, PA — Another teacher at Archbishop Carroll High School in Radnor is accused of have inappropriate contact with a student, according to authorities.

Christopher Serpentine, 33, of Brookhaven, was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of felony sexual contact with a student, court records show. The charges come about a month after a music teacher at the school was charged with crimes related to sexual contact with a student.

Serpentine was released Wednesday after posting 10 percent of $100,000 bail, according to court records.

Archbishop Carroll's website still features Serpentine's profile, which says he is a member of the fine arts department.

Court documents show the alleged sexual assault occurred in February 2017.

About a month ago, 30-year-old Jeremiah Triplett, a former music teacher at the school, was arrested and charged with felony institutional sexual assault, felony unlawful contact with a minor, two counts of both endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of minors, and one count of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Per the school's website, Serpentine earned his B.A. in communications from La Salle and a M.A. in theater from Villanova.

His preliminary hearing is slated for June 27, court records show.
