Avoid Lancaster Avenue Saturday: Radnor Police
Villanova's first home football game of the season, and the university's parents weekend, will affect traffic Saturday, police said.

VILLANOVA, PA – With Villanova's first home football game of the season and a parents weekend set for this weekend, Radnor Township Police are telling motorists to avoid Lancaster Avenue if they can.
Police said drivers should avoid the area of Lancaster Avenue between Sproul and Airedale roads on Saturday, Sept. 16.
The football game will begin at 6 p.m. and parents weekend events will be ongoing all weekend.

Police said motorists should steer clear of the area between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. as vehicle and pedestrian traffic will be heavy.
Additional officers will be out Saturday to assist with traffic mitigation throughout afternoon and evening Saturday, police said.
