Bam Margera Arrested At The Radnor Hotel
Margera was ordered last month to remain in the Philadelphia region until his assault case in Chester County is resolved.

RADNOR, PA —Former Jackass star Brandon "Bam" Margera was arrested in the parking lot of the Radnor Hotel at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday after police found him intoxicated, police said.
"Police were patrolling the area when they saw a man and a woman fighting in the parking lot," Radnor Police Lt. Chris Four told the Patch Wednesday afternoon. "The officers made contact with him. He was intoxicated and was slurring his speech."
The Radnor Hotel is a hotel in the St. Davids section of Radnor Township on the Main Line.

Margera, who grew up in West Chester and has a house in Pocopson Township, Chester County, was taken into custody and was taken to the Radnor police station, where he remained for several hours, before being released, Four said.
"He was very polite with us," Four said. "There was no violence."

Margera was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He can plead guilty and pay a fine in district court, or plead not guilty and have a hearing.
The incident follows a July 27 order from Chester County District Judge Albert Iacocca for Margera to remain in the Philadelphia region until his assault case is resolved.
Magera, 43, was held for trial on charges of assaulting his brother, Jesse, 44. He was ordered to report to Recovery Centers of America in Devon, and to cooperate with random drug and alcohol screenings.
In that case, he is free on $50,000 bail.
Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan, asked for a comment by the Patch, declined to comment on the Radnor arrest.
During Margera's preliminary hearing on July 27, Iacocca told Margera to avoid criminal contact with his brother and his brother’s girlfriend.
Additionally, as part of Margera’s bail release conditions, he was ordered to take part in “no drug or alcohol use.”
“This is not a joke. This is not a movie. This is life,” the judge said to Margera.
Margera's lawyer, Michael T. van Der Veen, was not available for comment Wednesday afternoon.
During the preliminary hearing in Chester County Justice Center, van Der Veen said Margera was working on his sobriety.
"He's taking it day by day," van Der Veen said.
