BHHS Fox and Roach HomExpert Report for November Property Sales in Radnor Township

Property sales in Radnor Township during November of 2014 increased 14.8 percent from the same month the previous year.

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 31 properties that closed in November, compared with 27 from the year before. In November of 2012 that number was 24.

The median price of the properties that did sell in November of 2014 decreased 10.8 percent over the same period in 2013, from $600,000 to $535,000. In November 2012, the median price was $647,500.

The average days on the market increased from 42 days to 66 days from November 2013 to November 2014.
