BHHS Fox and Roach HomExpert Report for October Property Sales in Radnor Township

Property sales in Radnor Township during October of 2014 increased 70 percent from the same month the previous year.

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 34 properties that closed in October, compared with 20 from the year before. In October of 2012 that number was also 20.

The median price of the properties that did sell in October of 2014 decreased 5.7 percent over the same period in 2013, from $621,000 to $585,750. In October 2012, the median price was $568,500.

The average days on the market stayed consistent at 62 days in October 2013 and October 2014.
