BHHS Fox and Roach HomExpert Report for June Property Sales in Radnor Township

Property sales in Radnor Township during June 2015 decreased 40.4 percent from the same month the previous year.

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 28 properties that closed in June, compared with 47 from the year before. In June of 2013 that number was 51.

The median price of the properties that did sell in June of 2015 decreased 13.1 percent over the same period in 2014, from $745,000 to $647,500. In November 2013, the median price was $549,900.

The average days on the market increased from 31 days to 42 days from June 2014 to June 2015.
