Blood Drive Coming Tuesday To Radnor Business

Another blood drive is set for Radnor, with the American Red Cross holding a drive Tuesday, April 25 at the Lincoln Financial Group in Radnor.

The blood drive will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the church, 150 N. Radnor-Chester Road, Building 150/Suite D.

You can sign up for specific times to donate blood online, or just stop in as walk ins are welcome.

Donors can also make appointments by calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).

"Donated blood is perishable and must constantly be replenished to keep up with hospital patient need," the Red Cross said in a press release. "Red blood cells are the blood component most frequently transfused by hospitals and must be used within 42 days of donation."
