Blood Drive Being Held Tuesday In Radnor
The drive will be open for five hours, so you have plenty of time to donate blood!

The American Red Cross is putting out a call to arms this month, National Volunteer Month, for blood donors in Delaware County.
A blood drive was held Monday in Radnor and a second is planned for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, Radnor Corporate Center, Building 4, 100 Matsonford Road.
Make an appointment to donate blood by downloading the free Red Cross Blood Donor App, calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767), or visiting The Red Cross website.

Nearly 2.8 million generous people donated blood through the Red Cross last year, the Red Cross said in a press release.
"The Red Cross salutes these volunteer blood donors who helped fulfill its lifesaving mission and invites others to roll up a sleeve and join them," the release said.

“I think it’s one of the most rewarding things you can do, knowing that such a simple act can have such a positive impact on another human being in a time of need,” said Bill Parr, who has been donating blood for more than 30 years.
Volunteer donors are the only source of blood products for those in need of transfusions. Donors of all blood types are needed this spring.
