Blue Route Lane Closures Set for Saturday
Allow additional time if traveling through the area, PennDOT advises.
The following was provided to Patch by PennDOT:
Motorists using southbound Interstate 476, just north of the Route 3 (West Chester Pike) Interchange in Marple Township, Delaware County, will encounter lane closures and delays on Saturday (Nov. 22) from 7 a.m. to noon for resurfacing operations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said this week.
PennDOT advises drivers to use an alternate route or allow additional time for travel on southbound I-476 near the construction area because backups will occur.

Allan A. Myers, LP of Worcester, Montgomery County is the general contractor on the project.
