Burglar Busted In Wayne, Felony Charges Filed: Authorities

A man is facing numerous charges, including felony burglary and criminal trespassing, after allegedly getting inside a Wayne home Tuesday.

WAYNE, PA — Radnor Township Police arrested an alleged burglar Tuesday evening.

According to police, officers were called to a home on the unit block of Doyle Road in Wayne Tuesday.

The victim told police a person came into the home then left after interacting with the resident, police said.

Officers later found and arrested the suspect.

Richard W. Cummons, 34, of Wayne, is now facing felony burglary, felony criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show.

Police said there is no threat to public safety.

Cummons is behind bars after failing to post 10 percent of $5,000 bail, per court documents.

He is slated for a preliminary hearing on March 7, according to court records.
