Burn Ban Instated In Radnor Township

Radnor Township has placed a ban on open fires and fireworks through early December as the region grapples with a record dry spell.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Open fires and fireworks in Radnor Township are prohibited for the next month.

Radnor officials said a burn ban is in place through Friday, Dec. 6.

"The burn ban is necessary due to the record setting extended period of dry conditions affecting the Township and the potential for uncontrollable fire spread and wildfires," officials said.
