One student was charged with possession with the intent to distribute and the other with possession of a controlled substance, according to police. Both were hit with possession of drug paraphernalia charges as well after police found tools used to make the oil and wax in the room, police said.
Police said the oil and wax is made by extracting THC from marijuana's plant form. It can then be used in bongs, vaporizers, and even put on tobacco products for users to get high.
