Historian Sheilah D. Vance will discuss her new book highlighting the Gulph Mills Encampment revealing the fascinating details of Washington’s and the Continental Army’s last stand before they moved into winter quarters at Valley Forge in 1777.
Sheilah D. Vance, Esq. is an experienced attorney and grew up on Rebel Hill in Gulph Mills, Pennsylvania, and now resides in Washington, D.C. where she practices law. The author holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Howard University and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University.
