Car Set Ablaze Outside Delaware County Mosque: Reports

Authorities have not identified a suspect or motive in the car fire that occurred outside a Chester mosque early Wednesday morning.

A car was set on fire outside a Delaware County mosque early Wednesday night, prompting investigators to probe the incident, according to reports.

According to Action News, the car was lit on fire in the back parking lot of a mosque on the 1100 block of Concord Avenue in Chester at about 1 a.m. Wednesday.

The fire was extinguished quickly and no one was hurt, the outlet reports.
