Conestoga Road Home Burglarized While Residents Slept: Police

The burglary occurred around midnight Monday when the residents were home at their Conestoga Road residence, police said.

Radnor Police are investigating a residential burglary that occurred around midnight Monday when the residents were asleep at their Conestoga Road home.

According to police, the alleged crime happened at the 500 block of Conestoga Road. The suspect entered a rear unsecured kitchen door and removed a wallet and electronic item from the kitchen counter, according to police.

The homeowners, who were were in bed at the time, said their dogs barked and scared the burglar away.

The homeowner told police she thought she heard a female voice say “hey its me” or “hey guys its me”

"Residents are asked to call police if they observe suspicious vehicles or people on their property or their neighbors property, and make sure to lock all doors and windows, including car doors. Please remember to use alarm systems," Radnor Police said.
