Delays Expected On Lancaster Ave.: Radnor Twp.
Villanova University students are moving in Monday and Tuesday and roadwork is ongoing, the township said.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Radnor Township is warning drivers in the area of potential major delays on Lancaster Avenue as students move in to Villanova University. The township said not only will student move in potentially create traffic issues, roadwork could have a negative impact on travel as well.
Sophomore, junior and senior students living on campus will be returning Monday, Aug. 21 and Tuesday, Aug. 22, the township said.
Additionally, the right lane of eastbound and westbound Lancaster Avenue between Spring Mill Road and Ithan Avenue is scheduled to close daily through Aug. 25, as well.

The lanes will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for overhead pedestrian bridge construction, PennDOT said.
Police are recommending drivers avoid the area and use alternate routes when traveling near the 800 block of East Lancaster Avenue.
