Delco Man With 11 DUIs Among Sheriff's Most Wanted

The Delaware County Sheriff said Mark Perrotta is among its most wanted fugitives after getting DUI and probation violation charges.

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — A Delaware County man accused of getting his 11th DUI and violating his probation is now among the county's most wanted fugitives, according to authorities.

The Delaware County Sheriff's Office said Mark Perrotta, 56, of Folsom, is wanted for DUI and probation violation.

Perrotta is accused of getting his 11th DUI on Dec. 30 in Eddystone Borough after crashing into a parked vehicle.

Authorities allege Perrotta was in possession of blue wax paper baggies of suspected heroin.

Perrotta was released after posting 10 percent of $50,000 bail, according to court records.

Perrotta is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

The sheriff's office said anyone who knows where Perrotta may be is urged to call the sheriff's office tip line at (267) 584-0393. You can also call 911.

Tipsters can remain anonymous.

He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 13.

A repeat DUI offender law was introduced to the Pennsylvania legislature after the death of Deanna Eckman, cause by David Strowhouer who was driving under the influence for his sixth time.

The law is known as Deanna's Law and is sponsored by Tom Killion, R – Chester/Delaware.
