Delco Man Convicted For Child Sex Assault: DA's Office
Upper Darby man subject to minimum mandatory sentence of 25 years, according to the DA's Office.

A Delaware County man accused of sexually assaulting a five-year-old girl was convicted of indecent assault of a victim less than 13 years of age and corruption of minor following a jury trial, according to the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.
Brian Wade, 44, of Upper Darby, was charged with aggravated indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors, and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, following incidents that occurred in the summer of 2007, according to a police affidavit filed against Wade.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Alan Borowsky of the Special Victims Unit with Judge Anthony D. Scanlon presiding over the trial, the DA's office said.

According to the DA's office, Wade is subject to a 25-year mandatory minimum sentence which will be imposed at sentencing on January 3, 2017 due to a 200 non contest plea relating to the indecent assault of his niece.
