Downed Wires Knock Power Out In Radnor: Police

The wires came down at East Lancaster Avenue and Interstate 476 north Wednesday afternoon, according to Radnor Township Police.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Nearly 250 people are without power in Radnor Township after wires came down on Lancaster Avenue Wednesday, according to police and PECO

Radnor Police said wires are down at East Lancaster Avenue and Interstate 476 north.

PECO said one of its utility poles was damage and needs to be replaced.

The outage knocked out power for about 243 people, according to PECO, but only 16 customers are without power at of 1:15 p.m.

PECO estimates power will be restored to the remaining customers later Wednesday.
