Ella's Bistro with Ferment Your Event: An Evening of Food and Beer!
The Wayne Art Center's popular Tastes of the Town series continues on October 21 at 6:30 pm.
Ferment Your Event co-founders Tara Nurin, award-winning beer journalist for the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Magazine, and craft beer specialist Gary Rosen, join Chef Jay Chadwick from Ella’s Bistro in Wayne partner for an evening of beer and food! Enjoy a taste of Jay’s delicious dishes and complementary beers as the three experts talk about matching food and beer. The class is in THE KITCHEN at the Wayne Art Center; cost is $45 per person.
