Brand New Beginner Meditation Series

4-week Series

Series Fee: $80


We are thrilled to be able to offer our students this fantastic opportunity to learn the foundations of mindfulness meditation and stress reduction techniques in a structured 4-week course. This introductory series will include seated practice, contemplation and discussion. Brand New Beginners to meditation and experienced practitioners will experience an enhanced feeling of well being and increased focus.
